My Story
Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of coming alongside nonprofit executives and founders to strengthen their confidence in fundraising. Sometimes that meant role-playing donor conversations while other times it looked like building calendars, strategic plans, or simply offering the encouragement that their passion was worth pursuing.

After serving more than twelve years in nonprofit executive leadership, I took a step back to spend time with my family and reconnect with my joy. In that season, I found myself called again to encourage burned out leaders, to help founders find their fundraising footing, and to guide boards in charting a clearer path forward.

The harvest nonprofits create must be tended to with care and intention. HarvestRenewal Coaching was born from that insight, and with a commitment to remind nonprofit executives of their value even on the hard days, to help strong missions find sustainability so they can grow, and to equip the next generation of leaders.
My Bio
Autumn Weil is a nonprofit leader, facilitator, and coach with 20+ years of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations. She has served as an Executive Director and senior leader in the nonprofit sector, guiding teams through growth, transition, and transformation.
Autumn is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Autumn is known for her practical, people-centered approach helping boards, staff, and communities navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose.
Her coaching, fractional leadership, and workshops, create space for honest reflection, fresh thinking, and tools that can immediately be put into practice.
A lifelong advocate for equity and community impact, Autumn is passionate about building resilient organizations that honor both their missions and the people who carry them forward.
