My Story
Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of coming alongside nonprofit executive directors and founders to strengthen their confidence in fundraising. Sometimes that meant role-playing donor conversations; other times it looked like building calendars, strategic plans, or simply offering the encouragement that their passion was worth pursuing.
After serving more than twelve years in nonprofit executive leadership, I took a step back to spend time with my family and reconnect with my joy. In that season, I found myself called again to encourage burned out leaders, to help founders find their fundraising footing, and to guide boards in charting a clearer path forward.
I realized that the harvest nonprofits create must be tended to with care and intention. HarvestRenewal Coaching was born from that insight—a commitment to remind nonprofit executives of their value even on the hard days, to help strong missions find sustainability so they can grow, and to equip the next generation of leaders.
