Autumn Weil is a nonprofit leader, facilitator, and coach with 20+ years of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations. She has served as an Executive Director and senior leader in the nonprofit sector, guiding teams through growth, transition, and transformation.

 

Autumn is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Autumn is known for her practical, people-centered approach helping boards, staff, and communities navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose.

 

Her coaching, fractional leadership and workshops, create space for honest reflection, fresh thinking, and tools that can immediately be put into practice.
